Pain and agony. Every step hurt.
Bone rubbing on bone. The doctor said there was no sign of cartilage left, just bone rubbing on bone.
I have no idea why that hip wore out like that. Maybe genetics. My mother had 4 hip replacements. My mom had her first hip replacement at age 50. The good news is artificial hips are a lot better than the 1980 versions. She wore out the first two replacements. My other hips is just fine.
