So Richard, local exchange and she doesn't have any special permissions to any calendar, she just wants to see if there is an open time and clicks the Open Calendar in the Home ribbon in 2013. She went to use the scheduling assistant and everything started working again. I wonder if it is something broken in the autodiscover since it will ask for her user name and password when she tries to look at a calendar and then it tells her no connection for that calendar. I can view the same calendars when she cannot. I don't think it is an Active Directory issue as she has no issues on her old laptop and Outlook 2010. I told her we would upgrade her to 2016 to beta test it for campus. She laughed and said OK with the caveat that the person in the next door office get it so we know if the issue is her computer or the software.

Too bad you weren't closer, there are a couple really good mom and pop restaurants with your name on it willing to take my monies.
