That's pretty much what the attorney said. The insurance guy led me to believe the $2000 was just for the pain and suffering. My atty said the check is THE release for everything. He said don't sign anything until the car is fixed to my satisfaction and we're sure we are healthy. Adding up time spent on the claim, lost productivity, etc. now. I'll be checking in with Mrs. WD on the lack of sex life tonight.
Like I said, I have no experience at this kind of thing. Sharks are everywhere.
