Also the power brake booster will hit the valve cover. You can either move it out of the way with a Z bracket or run manual disc brakes using a later model truck master cylinder. Also the fuel line and sending unit in the tank need to be 3/8 to feed it. A Hemi radiator is 26 inches so he needs to measure the opening in the Charger to see if its 22 or 26

Thanks Rednine11, I pay close attention to everything you say and will pass it on. Good to hear from someone who's been down this path already. New to us. BTW your description of what HEMI we'll get is exactly right.
