Had same situation. Car was painted and then... no interest to finish job. Turned into a daily nag and finally a bribe to Co. owner to get it done or instead of me coming over... would be attorney. That got things moving again but what a PITA. Live & learn. Got to have benchmarks and final delivery date written into work order. A company that won't accept a written schedule... I say F'em and find someone that will commit.
