Been email chatting with the dealer I bought the Cayenne from. He paid $9500 for it at auction and was going to keep it because he was surprised at what good shape it was when he got it. The are several parts in the car to fix things as I mentioned before. Says he couldn't find a good Porsche mechanic and didn't want to pay Porsche dealer repair prices so put it up for sale. Says he is glad it is going to a Porsche guy that is going to take care of it.

In the back seat it had oil and drain plugs for an oil change. (but no filter)
Told me the drain plugs were messed up and his mechanic didn't that the right tool to removed them. Basically when he decided to sell it.
New shocks for the rear hatch.
An O2 sensor for the check engine light error it throws intermittently.
2 New remote keys he had ordered that just got in yesterday from the dealer.
