I had one. It was OK in a straight line, but a pain to maneuver around the parking lot. Mine was a 125cc Honda with full time all wheel drive. I put a kit in it to shift the front wheels out of gear and that made it maneuver better but then it didn't have enough traction. YMMV
I bought a 250cc 26 inch Troy Bilt from Lowes a couple of years ago. I've only had to spend a couple of hours re-engineering the controls so it would work.
