So did getting you AC fixed cost less than getting my brakes half fixed and the lights working?
The pedal is still a little spongy. Probably needs the brake juice renewed after replacing the booster vacuum line. Feel like I'm trying to do an episode of Wheeler Dealer on this new to me Cayenne.
Going to have to take the shifter apart. It feels stiff and won't go into manual. Looking up the problem there is probably a coin lodged in the shift gate somewhere. Also there is no jack or tools! Somebody told me to go test drive one and replace my tools before returning it.
Sure wished our Porsche salvage yard, Oklahoma Foreign hadn't gone out of business. It was nice having the biggest Rover salvage yard in the USA here in OKC when fixin up that old Rover. Oklahoma Foreign was the same way with Porsches. They were offered a bunch of money for the land they were using and decided to take the money and shut it down. Same thing is happening to one of OKC's oldest drive-ins. It's a shame they had real charcoaled burgers and great onion rings.
