My 31 year old 911 is pretty simple unless you crack into the transmission or the engine. I do konw my limits.

I remember when I first started looking at the suspension threads I was amazed that ordinary non professional mechanics were doing it. Guys that were just office workers or dentists and CPAs. They rush home from work to get dirty and after reading a ton of those threads I figured if they can do it I can do it.

I remember some near panic when I walked out into my garage and saw my 911 sitting there on jack stands with no front suspension of any sort. No steering rack, just the steering wheel shaft going into the trunk and stopping at the u-joint. I got it back together with no issues at all. Easy peazy.

The AC upgrade was even easier. Of course Griffiths writes the best instructions on the planet. Just follow his step by step instructions and he provides every single part needed except the refrigerant.
