If you want your bike to not-bog-down, so that you don't have to downshift as often, richen the mixture a little. That will shift the mixture from the lean stoic setting of the stock bike toward Best Power Mixture. The effect is quite remarkable.
You can achieve that by adding an Innovate Motorsports LC-2 (with its Wideband O2), instructions here:

You can do the same thing by adding an AF-XIED (a microprocessor based data acquisition device) to a stock narrowband O2 sensor.
Your bike will still run like stink at higher throttle angles. You could also advance the HES a couple degrees.
