Probably not many... he's probably just trying to make it to work, the shop, or home... and you know the driver feels it because look at that mirror... it's about to vibrate itself right off the door.
What's causing that? A blown shock combined with a very out-of-balance wheel and tire? 10 kilos of coke in two kilo packages floating loose inside the tire?
