Costs to back date a car
I have an 89 coupe that was mostly a track car. Its been sitting in my garage with the suspension off for 2 years as I just have had too many other pressing issues to put it back together. I have also spent my track time and dollars with the bike the last couple years.
My question is this... I'd like to go this direction with the car:
Thats a car listed in the "Cars for Sale" section at $85k. I am thinking I can reproduce that for a lot less. Paint and all.
I already have a set of Lindsey's. The rest looks like bolt on fiberglass fenders, bumpers, rear deck lid. Then just the back dated marker and signal lamps. I dont see it costing another $45K assuming I valued my 89 at around $40k.
Thoughts?
