I just buy a car and keep em forever. That is way cheaper. I have not had a car payment of any sort in this millennium.
I was talking to my brother yesterday. He just rolled 400,000 on his 1972 VW Westfalia camper. He has had it since 1974. He has only had his 1954 VW bug since 1978 so that is his new car.
My parents traded in cars regularly like most people. We find a car we like and keep em.
