I actually do not know what kind of lien. For all we know, it does't have any lien on it. This thing has been sitting there for 10+years, in the back lot of this towing company. My friend works in the building next to it and see it daily from his window. Finally it was uncovered and moved to another spot so he went to ask the owner during lunch. The answer was "Sure, we will make this a lien sale and its yours".
