( based on conjecture)To the comment regarding my son being in 2 accidents, with him being at fault, and that maybe I'm at fault for believing he wasn't at fault...seriously?? The first accident a drunk crossed the center line on a 2 lane road with deep ditches on both sides, how do you avoid that? For this recent accident he was sitting in traffic at a stop and a 35 year old man on his freaking phone plowed into the rear of him , driving him sideway into the car in front of him.
I did find out that they will be settling for 3K on the car and they are nervous that we will sue for large amounts due to utter negligence to the dick head that hit him.
