Wait until the cupboard has smart screen tech to tell you when the sink is piling up.

On the Commercial stuff... I own 6 commercial grade(business not home.) Those are not that much better. The biggest plus is the NSF standard, which means, mostly, that they are designed to keep a certain temp, even with a door left cracked open. --That is, they have a fan for the evaporator (cold side).

ebay is a reasonably good place to shop for those. Some brands are more quiet than others. Glass doors are also available on some. Those often have heating elements in the glass, to keep condensation from fogging the inside of the door on open. --How's that for thermal inefficiency?
