The process is the same as polishing fuchs --remove tne anodize, and polish. Though, the anodize doesnt seem as thick/deep on the lugs.
I do have a set of polished lugs from when my fuchs where polished.
Remember:
If you would want to try these, I have them for ya. . . . but I don't think you'll like the look.
