Personally I wouldn't buy a car off of eBay unless I could see it in person before I bid. There are just too many scammers on eBay which makes it hard for buyers and legitimate sellers. BAT doesn't have this problems (at least not yet) as each of the cars undergo some level of vetting whether is during the listing process or during the auction.
