You all know I lost my daughter 2 years ago, then this past May, one of my really good friends, Ken, whose life I have always thought was somewhat parallel to mine passed of lung cancer. I was at an auction two weekends ago of a kid I sat next to in school my whole life, who just dropped dead from a heart attack .
I never worried about it before , ever, now, I go to this dark place where I cannot stop thinking about all the what if's .
I think the reality of life , and getting older has just finally hit me
Any of you guys go through this ? I am 46. Should not be thinking about all this stuff just yet should I ?
