Not particularly scared of it per se. I am afraid of dying before I can fulfill my role as Dad and provide my wife with a worry-free retirement. When I turned 50, I did become a lot more aware of my own mortality. I try to compensate by living in such a way that others might say, "He had full, rich life." Both my grandfather and my Dad died at 77. Odds are I have 25 summers left. Gonna make the most of em.
