I didn't use the fenders because I ended up getting a crazy deal on new Dansk longhood fenders, which I jumped at even though I had just about finished these.

A PM asked me for pics of the welds as well, and when I went out to take them I discovered that I'd already sprayed the rubberized undercoating to cover them (told you I was just about finished!). Sorry, but no welds to show. I can tell you TRE butt welded it after removing a sliver of my fender so the light boxes matched the angel of the fender better. Welded all the way around, not spot.
