With 80k+ miles, I'd say it's an average deal. The options list makes a difference as well (Sport/Premium? Nav? Comfort Access? etc). If it's bare-bones, I'd likely pass.

Also, be mindful of the potential issues with the 335d. IIRC, the biggest problem with them is/was excessive carbon build-up in the intake, which is not cheap to fix/clean.
If you haven't already, do a search on "335d carbon" and settle in for some reading. I would probably consider one if it's a CPO car, but would want to sell it before going out of warranty. YMMV...
