Sounds like a nice Sunday Jim.
We got the whole yard of my inlaws cut and trimmed. I made a mistake, though. Instead of using the pushmower to get down the side of the ditch I figured I could use the zero turn unit to get it done quicker and have less weed whacking to do. Uh, no.
The grass was still pretty wet and the tires spun enough to let it slip down towards the water filled portion. I was certain I was going over and into the drink. It has a roll bar but still....
I got it stabilized and shut it down. I had my wife use the truck with a tow rope to pull it out and all was well again. I used it as a teaching moment with my son and what NOT to do.
If we inherit that house the first thing I'm doing is filling that darn ditch in!
