Apple has lost their freaking mind!!!
Got some movies I didn't order charged to my AppleID.
When I called they asked security questions I did NOT set or ever would have set.
They have a list of all my devices but do not know where or how the movies were purchased. I call BS.
They some how made a mistake in charging me for those movies.
Now for the STUPID part.
To remove the bogus charges they have to disable my credit card so I can't use it with my Apple Account?
I just got a new card, I don't want to get a new card and enter my card everywhere I use it again because they made a mistake!!!
Say my card may have been compromised.
How can my card be compromised if you make purchases with just Apple ID password?
There is no where on the account you can look at anything except the card number and enter new cards.
How is that compromised? WTF?
What about my Apple Pay that is using the same card?
They have lost their freaking mind.
And of course the stupid person on the phone is a freaking policy robot.
