I've tried both the Philips Xtremevision and Spoke's LED boards. The Philips are an improvement over incandescent, but Spoke's are at least a few steps beyond that. The LED array makes a huge difference in making them noticeable.
Also, I think his front DRLs/turn signals are a fantastic idea.
