The simplest mechanical probability could be ignition. You may be running on only one distributor.
1. Belt driving the second unit may be shot.
2. One coil could have failed.
3. A coil wire may have died.
How about fuel starvation? Filter plugged?
Go back to the basics. If it's more complicated, it could turn out to be anything up to the DME control unit.
Have you tried replacing the DME relay?
Keep at it, you'll find it.
