Plenty of old and obese. They are simply not out and about for that very reason.
Also, my friend Karl was a fitness machine. As in, triathlons for decades fit. 50 yo., newly married, toddler son. Late one night he went downstairs not feeling well and never came back up. Really shook me up as I thought the guy would live forever if anyone could.
