Congenital heart issue are congenital heart issues. Skinny or fat, you can't change that. That aside, being over weight also leads to type 2 diabetes, circulation issues, sleep apnea, etc, etc. If you gathered 100 people over the age of 80, very few of them would be more the 25 or 30 pounds over the ideal BMI recommendations. That's just a simple fact.
