In the 20 years of visiting the island, have never seen such intense rain, thunder and lightening. Water warnings in effect saying to boil before consuming in certain areas of the island.
We got back from sitting in the golf course in Kaanapali watching on of the "BEST" lightning shows I have ever seen on Wednesday . Huge system east of the island off shore. Looked as if the Hawaiian Gods were duking it out.
A bit blown out for any shore diving for a few days. It seems [emoji22]
