Further I used an odd word "contemporarily"..which does not allude to modern design but to modern manufacture.
I have Kindel Winterhur museum licensed reproductions, Baker Stately Home and Columbo Stille.Those are all A list mfgs and top of the line pieces. If you wanted to buy my formal dining room set today it would probably cost north of 40k. Quality costs money especially if it is Mahogany.
