There has been a lot of discussion about Glycol bearings and there are a number of threads here where builders have reinstalled their original bearings rather than risk getting a bad "new" set from Glycol. So, can they be reused? If in spec, yes.
Then, OCD in me would say, new (along with a good dry film coating) has to be better. They are relatively cheap...except maybe the nose bearing but those see less wear and are reused regularly.
So, yes or no? Take your pick.
