Agree^^.

A lot is unknown due to lack of audio and also not knowing what the officers had heard of the situation before arrival on the scene. Video alone lays partial blame on both the victim and the police, simply due to the actions of each.

Wow...very "tactical"....
My understanding after viewing the clip is he was tasered after his arms had dropped and he was touching/reaching for his car door. The overhead video seems to confirm that but there is no audio. Simply from actions, his arms are down, he's standing by his door, then he is dropped to the ground--either by taser, gunshot, or both in sequence.
