I know the excact area,i grew up in scv,i just recently moved up to pinion pines so i could be closer to my shop.I also know all about fire as my families house burned in october 81.Small world we live in.The positive free brush cleaing the neg it could catch the house...If you ever get up my way you should stop on in.
