Nah, I think road rage is a pretty universal "language". I bet if you spent enough time driving in the UK, you'd change your tune. Or, maybe an extended stay in Mrs. Motion's backyard. From what I understand, it's pretty bad there too.
I would agree though, that there are plenty of other places where drivers exhibit better driving skills/habits and overall consideration compared to the US. However, I don't think we are the worst, not by a long shot. YMMV...
