This is a major problem at a particular intersection on our 85'th and Aurora avenue. A barrier is in the way. Traffic in the center lane like to sit to the left, blocking ALL access to the turn lane, because of the barrier. Or they'll sit 15 feet behind the car in front of them....
The barrier starts a the "N" furthest to the right. They like to sit so far to the left at the second to the right "85th St" that you just can't make it through. People are lucky if they miss only one light.
