I dont have a pic handy and its not accessable now behind the intercooler, but my supercharged car has its catch can bottom fitting draining down to the 4-5-6 upper valve cover. No maintenance. As the oil in the can accumulates it drains down a -6 fitting, into -6 hose with a loop-da-loop down to a -6 fitting welded into the valve cover.
Watch the size of your can, some sanctioning bodies require a certain size. It can be 2-3 quarts for our cars in some places.
