HD, thanks for I meant that the standard Bonneville is tough to find (in KY), not the America. There are Speedmasters and Americas all over Craigslist in KY, I guess just because cruisers are more popular in rural areas. Searching Lexington and Louisville, the two closest and largest KY cities turns up no Bonnevilles. And you see people asking $5k for a 10 year-old carbed model that was ,what, $7k new?
My favorite is someone currently asking $5k for the bike from "Peaceful Warrior" in TN. The plot of the movie kicks off when the protagonist crashes his Bonnie into a station wagon, so maybe not the best sales technique to bring up the movie.
