From what I'm hearing I-10 going west out of Jax is already crawling along at 10 mph. I can just image what I-4 from Daytona to Orlando is like. One of the problems with the roads in Florida is there is not the capacity on the westbound roads. Trying to go west from I-95 is a problem, there are only a few major 4 lane roads a few 2 lane roads. If you are in south Florida and want to head out now you're probably too late.
