I have only flown into St. Lucia on my way home from Barbados but it looked beautiful from the air!
Barbados was OK too. Windsurfing mecca if that is your thing and i bet kitesurfing is big there too.
Cuba is OK. Cancun was pretty good. Cayman Islands were very nice but $$$.
Now pretty much any point south looks good when winter starts on October 8th!
