Trailers are great, but storage is the issue. Any secure lot is going to be over a 100 bucks per month easy. So well over a grand a year just to store it. And the tires will rot in a few years and the bearings need regular service. If you can find some place with secure free storage that helps or if you can get a gate wide enough to get it in your back yard you have a better deal. Even if you spend some money on making a parking pad in the back.
The last few times I needed a trailer, I just rented a u-haul. It was a damn nice trailer. I did not haul a car on it however. I am sure they have them.
