First thing I noticed is that the right side mirror is mounted in the wrong spot, so is useless (not that a Durant works very well, anyway).

Color change with new color flaking off.

Rust streaks coming from sunroof drain holes.

Rust in fender is certainly not the 'only place.' I would want to check the rear shelf and the rear seat buckets for integrity (ice pick or screwdriver probing).

Something bad at lower front edge of driver's door - maybe flaring from a broken door stop?

-------

Engine case could be worth $40K or more by itself. Would require all 1964 parts - chain boxes, solexes, etc. to be a $70K engine.

Decent 73 sunroof coupe rolling shell is a $40K item all day long.

Lots of good stuff on the car, and likely super well sorted (a dollar/time consideration a lot of people underestimate).

---------
The car has been repriced at $89K and I think that is a deal.
