I strongly considered it, ended up going epoxy instead. I was concerned about rolling a floor jack over it, sitting jack stands on it, screws falling into the vented tiles, and the ability to clean under the tiles especially in the winter with salty slush melting off of my cars. Love love love the epoxy floor.
