Got to wonder what the visit earlier was about, and if that matter could have fit into your encounter.
Hoping his insurance does you right.
It it going to be hard to do repairs and maintain the patinaed look?
Glad you are ok, well except for being pissed off.

The officer issued a ticket for failing to yield right of way. Steering seems OK, but the front of the frame like all hotrods (the horns) that stick out below the radshell are a bit bent and the engine is just a bit cockeyed in the engine bay. We have great shops here, AND the builder of this hot rod had just pulled in behind me and saw the whole thing as it happened!! (He was coming from Halifax and I was coming from Moncton) So we had a good look, .and I think we've got it covered.
Some fairly hard to find parts though. Especially the chrome rad shell is twisted, so???.......And my drivers door is not quite shutting right. So, a bit of damage. May even be written off. We'll see. Thanks to you all for looking and feelin' (even for a non Porsche car).
Thanks for understanding. YP. PS My builder friend has arms like tree trunks and a hot temper, I was kinda worried he might rip the head off this poor man who cut me off. But he didn't. He did say "WTF were you trying to do??"
