Compression #'s done on cold engine (motor had not been started in ~3 years due to DME going bad - ran only for the extent of that video 10-15seconds), "dry" test with throttle body not open / spark plugs installed on other cylinders while performing test.
There are a lot of things we could have done to bump it and we didn't.
