I have tried to search the forums, but cannot find anything directly related -
I start the car, and get 4-5 on the oil pressure gage. After the car warms up, the pressure starts to fall off, so that it finally settles at 2-3 on the gage when at full speed. At idle, it is less than 1 on the gage, and the oil light comes on, unless i give it a little gas to bump it up.
Not sure what the problem is, since I have no oil leak that I can determine.
Any ideas? And please, do not tell me to take it to the dealer to have it checked out.
