Another, even cheaper option is to fit bluetooth receiver "upstream" of a normal power amp and use the bluetooth receiver's output to "feed" a line level signal to the poweramp via rca jacks. Bluetooth receivers can be had for under $30

Another option would be to substitute the bluetooth receiver for a cd changer . . .
