I went through a similar seminar about 10 years ago Brent. Looks likes they haven't changed it much.
Is it for sales or just generally how to deal with people?
Mine was called "Quest for Customer Satisfaction, Satisfaction, Satisfaction" I add the echo effect but you get the idea.
No dietary restrictions for me, either. He told me the sesame seeds thing has not been proven to cause inflammation. I'm still going to stay away from things that could be an issue, though. I do not want to go back to the hospital.
