Our CEO likes short, concise emails. I told the speaker I had the distinction of sending emails to the CEO that were too short and concise. Some people are never happy.
I am sure not much has changed in ages for this type of thing. I did find out they had a lot of preconceived notions about what IT people like to do that were totally wrong.
