I have not checked out that list. They are usually made up by some guy that fancies themselves a writer and may know a lot about cigars, bourbon and shoes, but not much about cars.
One of my friends bought a 1980 Jaguar XJS new. After a full year he had only been able to drive it for about 40 days total. It had to be towed back to the dealership 4 times on the times he drove it. It was at the dealership the rest of the year. He told them he wanted 100% of his money back and he would pay them $500 for the use of the car the few times he drove it and it did not break down. He told them if they fought it his attorney would contact them. And he would bring a bill for a new pair of his expensive shoes he ruined when he had to walk to a pay phone and then the rest of the costs he had endured. The dealer bought the car back.
