How Do You Take 50TB Of Data Home From The NSA?

Referring to the NSA contractor who allegedly took 50TB of data from the NSA home over many years.

This seems weird.

I would think that for a NSA contractor working with highly sensitive data:
- All USB ports would be disabled
- All optical writers disabled
- All cloud storage blocked
- All email attachments blocked or scanned
- All photocopy machines monitored for who is making large number of copies
- All computers run software monitoring for file copying, file renaming, attempts to transfer data

I mean, even in the humdrum financial industry, the first 3 are routinely done, the 4th is sometimes done, and the last one too..

I've been required by compliance to explain certain emails, indicating that someone is scanning my emails at least some of the time.
